  1. Parents used to park their kids in front of the Disney Channel because they figured they didn't have to vet everything for kid-friendliness. So, Disney could pump out second-rate content, and it would still get eyeballs, since the kiddies didn't have a choice. Now? What the h**l kind of parent would put their kids in front of Disney+, with all the rampant depravity and Wokeness? Seriously, Disney's wholesome reputation is what unlocked the value in their middling products. They're either going to have to go full-reverse, NOW, back to content that Pat Robertson couldn't find objectionable, or they're going to go broke.
