How effective is he in making use of this information?
1
"It only refers to violence" But you all say silence is violence. And you all say speech is violence. So yeah, it disgustingly brings the full force of the federal government against parents trying to protect their children from predators. GARLAND, RESIGN!
1
How did that musty puddle of a man become a judge, much less our attorney-general?
1
What shocks me is they kept passing the buck to the "State Department" generally, but (at least in this video) didn't give a NAME for WHO in the State Department was responsible.
1
He'll run for president one of these years. I think he's got a chance.
1
Nail Mayorkas for lying to Congress, Marjorie!
1
Isn't Ehud Barak implicated with Epstein?
1
If they decriminalized shoplifting, then it wouldn't be a criminal activity. By definition. That definition is what is at issue here.
1
"Nefarious nation-state actors" I'm more concerned with local corrupt ballot box stuffers, myself.
1
So Mr. Smith is against banning Critical Race Theory, because that might keep people from talking about something that is illegal and they're not talking about anyway. So.... why not just pass the ban, then?
1
Critical Race Theory arises from Critical Theory, which arises from Marxist theory. It divides people into oppressors and oppressed. It is naturally divisive along racial lines. It is right to reject this.

Wouldn't insuring deposits over $250k require a higher premium on that insurance? It might be interesting if a bank got to choose what additional insurance their depositors got, if any, and if those insurance costs might be directly passed on to individual depositors who chose the higher insurance coverage.

Trump was one-of-a-kind, for good and for ill. This guy, though -- we can find fifty Republicans like him to be governors of every state in the union, can't we?
1
Absolutely.
1
"Mostly they won't look like the people sitting in this room" Says the black guy with three white women behind him.
1
Worst AG in history. He'll be in prison by the time the firestorm set off by the Trump indictment is done.
1
Who were those Republicans? They need to have primary opponents to make sure they are not re-elected.
1
In past centuries, we discovered an approach to controlling the ambitions and tyrannical tendencies of unelected officials. Their prerogatives were limited to three -- "To advise, to be consulted, and to warn." We need to bring the authoritarian bureaucrats to heel, and limit them the same way.
1
Senator Jordan's a hero.
1
Pichai's answer is complete bull****. I received a Google-served ad from my own lawyer. The only way the ad could have known about that, was by parsing my private gmail messages. Does Google use the Gmail Search function to serve ads?
1
@Boleyngirly They're not all that effective, it seems.
1
Wow, the ACLU has been completely overrun with corrupt political operators. Conquest's Rules get it right again.
1
This is macro-level foolishness. "Why are we filling the prisons? Let's just let EVERYONE out early, without worrying about the type of crimes they committed". This committee has no grasp of specifics, details, or underlying reasons. Every single committee member who voted down those amendments, lacks the intellectual capacity to make laws.
1
He says all the right things. I hope people are listening.
1
So, Ukraine is wrapping up and the tranifesto has been released. Love this stump speech!
1
"Freeloader on the Chinese-led world order" No such thing. The Chinese don't allow freeloaders. They know exactly how to get their moneys' worth from everyone they're "generous" to.
1
Fauci lied People died
1
Nice to see the man hasn't changed. =)
1
Google is making a LOT of money off of this video. Lots of ads.
1
About time. She doesn't even mention the r*pes and slavery he's accessory to.
1
"It was the call of the State Department" Why aren't State Department figures up on the stand here as well? Senator Hawley, please ask him WHO in the State Department is responsible.
1
It would be interesting to know if straight people were being discriminated against, in federal lending. Lots of lawsuits would come from that, I would think.
1
I would love to see an EPA that concentrated on clean air and clean water again, instead of this "climate change" nonsense.
1
Garland is more afraid of telling people who's REALLY in charge in the Biden administration, than he is of the Senate. Find a way to ask him this question that doesn't let him weasel out with saying "the White House". Ask him EXACTLY WHO helped him with the memo. Names. EVERYONE who helped.
1
Democrats and their major donors love sex work. They're in favor of what's happening on the border.
1
OK, let's get a challenge to Wickard v Fillburn on the docket now!
1
"No, agencies can't act unlawfuly" They just got to decide what "lawful" meant, is all. Oh look! None of their actions were unlawfull! How about that, eh?
1
If advertising to a significant demographic of the population is being throttled, does that not mean that economic activity in that demographic is being measurably reduced? I mean, the whole point of advertising is to increase purchasing (economic activity) among those who view it. Absent that incentive, economic activity is reduced. GARM is effectively participating in a cartel to reduce economic activity (probably interstate commerce) which puts it squarely under the authority of Congress, perhaps even anti-trust law.
1
Solar panels are weak. A satellite that takes several square yards of lightweight and highly efficient solar panels, has as much power as a hand-held chainsaw.
1
I'm always happy to see Rep Jordan bringing these people up short, but I think he conceded too much this time.
1
Awesome and meaningful facts.
1
"We aren't going to be able to get past this pandemic unless people choose to get vaccinated." So we're going to coerce them by ruining them financially, if they make a decision we don't like.
