  1. If YouTube makes an editorial decision to ban gardening content, then legally it is a publisher and not a platform, and is liable for what is said on its service. Pakman doesn't display any knowledge of the basics of what he's talking about. Either he's arguing in bad faith, or he's an idiot.

  2. Yeah, he's a complete partisan hatchet man, who broadcasts his power fantasies as if he were perfectly right about everything and so he should be in charge. If he ever got near power, he would be very, very dangerous.
