An apotheotic dark elf named Vivek slowed down time around the city-block-sized space rock to prevent it from hitting his city. His supporters promptly turned it into another neighborhood just floating there for anyone with sufficient magic power to jump or levitate up to. Vivek an extremely chill sort of floaty meditative demigod, coming across a bit like Ang's older brother.
