  1. Peter, aren't you predicting that if Russia loses the Ukraine war, it will collapse into a Somalia-like series of warring states? And you're saying that this kind of infrastructure is going to be built in front of that backdrop?? Europe is currently getting (through shady means) up to 80% of their previous petrochemical imports from Russia. Russia losing the war means that number drops to zero, for a generation. How is it in any way in Europe's best interest for Russia to lose this war the way American NeoCons want Russia to lose this war?
