  1. Peter, climate change models are not accurate enough to base ANY forecasts on, or determine how much the system is sensitive to ANY given factor. It's utterly ludicrous that we should be basing economic decisions on the order of trillions -- seventeen or eighteen figures -- on these models. The problem is that telling a scientist his model is wrong (something that's been my job, for a significant chunk of my career) is about as well received as telling him his grandchildren are u*ly. The totally disingenuous solution that the Climate activists take, is to average even more models which means you get even more scientists with considerable personal ego staked on their models being right, to deploy to silence critics. "92% consensus among scientists" is going to go down in history as this generation's "4 out of 5 doctors agree, Camel suits their T-zone to a T".
