  1. Which is why they're importing Ukrainians. They're taking Ukrainians from the Eastern region, and scattering them across Russia -- presumably, this is how they got those numbers up for the plebiscites in those Eastern regions that said there weren't a lot of people there (anymore) who wanted to be part of Ukraine.
