  3. "How you get more kids, that's what really matters" Up to a point. "Teen" includes 19, and there's nothing wrong with women that age being moms. If birthrate is below replacement, we shouldn't discourage women who are in their early 20s from starting families -- provided we get our heads on straight about marriage too.
