The simple fact is this: As successful as China has been at raising its standard of living, a majority of its population still lives on between $2 and $10 a day, and its manufacturing powerhouses are without reliable electrical power a shocking percentage of the time. China has a LOT of work to do still, to improve the lives of its citizens. Its focus on international aggression is, morally speaking, lamentable.
