  1. American here -- what's wrong with being "ungovernable"? Seems like more virtue and civic glue means less government is necessary.

  2.  @Scythwolf  If the government can't get buy-in from the people, that should be an unmistakeable signal to the government that it should back off. Ambition is the enemy of success, sometimes. It's certainly the enemy of freedom, often.
