  1. There is a new Cold War brewing. In one corner, we have Liberty-minded Democracy. In the other corner, we have Authoritarian Bureaucracy. This is not just a reflection of China's Authoritarian Bureaucracy; this is what the "populist revolt" is all about. The elites of Britain and the United States are on the side of the Authoritarians. Brexit and Trumpism were about breaking down the Western elites, putting them back into their place as public servants, rather than public masters.
