31:35 -- Is it a woman's job to speak up, and do so honestly? Well, if the alternative is thinking that it's a man's job to read a woman's mind, then yes, it is a woman's job to speak up. Men can't read women's minds. Does not happen. It's absurd to think it will ever happen. So speaking up is the only option in these cases. Good communication and all that.
