  1. It's happening as we text... It happens like a bankruptcy approaches someone who is still working but not surviving... 'slowly - then all at once - and very fast'. We're still in the 'slowly' phase. putin's been at the leadership for as long as most of them can remember and until a while ago he has been their czar - their 'Caesar' and like Caesar - he will get it from behind.
