And russians cannot fix their own oil infrastructure because it was designed and built by BP and ExxonMobil and russia screwed those international companies out of many $Bn each when they took over the plants they built. So BP / Exxon are never going back to russia and will never come to russia's aid for the technological expertise they need. And I'm sorry Paul - but talking about how you hike to where you shoot this - and how you dress so you don't get cold - - and now I see you're *plugging your wardrobe with links*?? Really?? I live in the mountains in BC. Believe me when I say you cannot teach me anything about dressing for winter weather in the mountains - bin der, dun dat - every day dude!   7. It's not 'sort of a problem' for the US at all Paul... It is the Key Problem! I suggest this might have been started by PM Mark Carney who: has a PhD in Economics, led both the Bank Of Canada AND the Bank Of England and who 'had a conversation' with the Japanese PM, just prior to the beginning of the recent 'sell-off' of US Treasury bills. Not a 'dumping' but a 'slow bleed' - to get the orange blob's attention! And - It worked!
