  1. It's not 'sort of a problem' for the US at all Paul... It is the Key Problem! I suggest this might have been started by PM Mark Carney who: has a PhD in Economics, led both the Bank Of Canada AND the Bank Of England and who 'had a conversation' with the Japanese PM, just prior to the beginning of the recent 'sell-off' of US Treasury bills. Not a 'dumping' but a 'slow bleed' - to get the orange blob's attention! And - It worked!
