  1. Great work Artur. Another way to look at tax increases - is based on the percentage increase - compared to the old rate. A jump from 20% to 25% is an actual increase of 5%, yes. But it is a 25% INCREASE compared to the previous rate! And a jump from 15% to 22% is a 47% increase!! All this while russian infrastructure like city central heating systems and new dams - are - in - ruin. The beginning of the end...
