  1. How does russia (who just absorbed the position left when the ussr collapsed) - how do they have the Right of Veto at The UN?? At the Security Council even? And - russia gets their turn to lead the Council for a month. How can they not be bannished from the UN and the Security Council - let them do their BRICS thing. I think they want to 'keep backchannels open' so they don't kick russian warmongers out - - but they should. IMO
