  1. Practical and sensible advice and recommendations Ryan! I'll bet Trump's new BFF Elon could help promote the 'beards and cannabis' concept! It would help drive recruitment, improve morale, health of the force in general, (no razor burn and better rest) and would save $$ (so DOGE would look good). You're on your own promoting the cigars, cigarettes and booze though.
