  3. Sure, it's a big project but who is running it and designed it?? ZERO motor graders on site!!! WHY?? Your 'over 100 trucks' are loping all over because of poor roads in the cut!! This increases waste, increases travel time per trip, increasing fuel costs AND repair and tire costs and is LESS efficient all at the same time. The fact that your 1200's are mostly top-loading is also NUTS! This looks like a big, poorly-designed hot mess.
