And with a significant expenditure in our Northern protection - - ICE BREAKERS - - we could commit enough $$ to FINALLY achieve the '2% of GDP' spending target that trudope and others before him have BS'd about! CANAD HAS NEVER ACHIEVED THE 2% TARGET - - and now it's going up to 3%. SHAMEFUL.
