  2. Always enlightening to hear your thoughts on these things Prof. Sal, you're si well versed in ALL of it. I sure would like to hear your thoughts on what and how to fix the Canadian Navy; I know you consult with many and cannot likely speak about all you know, but can you reassure me that someone in our Navy has a clue of what is going in - with (Naval) shipping? (Sorry - I couldn't resist.)
