  1. Oh No!! I am so sorry you're experiencing such grief - especially while visiting (briefly) Canada! That's a cruise I want to go on - but not the way your family is doing it. Not only a messed up flight - lost baggage on top of that. I thought at first you somehow got tangled in the WestJet labour strife but it sounds like AMERICAN AIRLINES mess you up! Sorry Sal! I hope the rest of your Alaska cruise is super!
