  1. It sounds to me like we missed an opportunity to get a head start on this problem - way back in 2017 - if we had listened to you, Professor Sal. Your idea sounds like a good multi-purpose vessel for the Canadian Coast Guard as well! (with an ice-rated hull - I'd love to have four!)
