  1. This has EVERYTHING to do with the russia / Ukraine situation. And it's the sort of unfortunate thing you've been forecasting for a couple of years Sal! We're still not aware of how much ecological damage has been done but these ship to ship transfers are happening all over the waterways these Dark Fleet vessels are travelling to meet up - ultimately to avoid sanctions and supply russia's war funding.
