The number of these 'enterprising, self-made entrepreneurs-come-fraud-artist-billionaires' is going to keep rising - because the finance community WANTS there to be the fantastic start-ups - because THEY are greedy too. They just want to invest, promote the hype and get rich or richer - FAST. So they don't do Due Diligenceand they don't ask the hard questions - and billions of dollars - evaporates.
