Help is coming from all over the civilized world. putin and russia lied to the entire world and had months to assemble their forces and equipment on Ukraine's border - having a huge advantage - initially.   2. Both statements are true. USA has sent more and promised more equipment in terms of units and dollars than Poland has. But without doubt NO other country has given so generously in terms of taking in refugees AND support with equipment. Estonia also, has contributed a massive amount compared to their GDP. Everyone is doing what they can.
