  2. I believe NASA uses a NETWORK of satellites to track this information. Some feeds of data are updated every five minutes and the map data produced is updated every hour. NASA cannot wait more than seconds for its current data. Mission Critical information...

The solution is for the USA to HONOR ITS AGREEMENT - the Budapest Memorandum - and send whatever support Ukraine needs - NOW. Trump is pure evil and thinks NOTHING of the future of Ukraine - just trying to make a deal to appease putin. trump will throw Ukraine under the bus - for his pal putin.

It has all been sent to the UAF and they have learned and will learn how to keep them in good repair.   28. Sad that a professional like you has to go to this extra burden to get QUALITY analysis and opinion in your own view - without censorship. (Does looping the video add revenue?) In my previous comment I said I was concerned that Russia has conscripted all men in the Donbass region and are forcing them in the 60+ year old T62's that are being sent, crossing the Kerch Bridge daily - and using them as cannon fodder - literally - so that they can identify the Ukraine artillery when they take out the old tanks and target them, from further back in the Area of Operation. Putin is Just using the Donbass men as fodder and targeting aids. The only Nazi's in Ukraine - came in on February 24th. Send Ukraine WHATEVER they need - to TAKE OUT THE KERCH BRIDGE.

Jake, in Europe in general, I believe folks buy their apartments - like what you referred to as a 'condo'. I do not know the details on how they deal with the common area expenses in Estonia - in Canada there is a 'Strata Council' in each building and it's run like a non-profit corp - just charging each 'owner-suite' enough to provide for emergencies-fund, (like a new roof after a storm), after the shared expenses are dealt with. The rate, changes each year depending on how severe the unexpected major repairs were that year prior. The paint on the inside and everything 'in the apartment' is the owners (which they can rent to a tenant). But "the building" or The Strata is responsible for anything structural BEHIND the walls. Want to repaint and change the flooring?? - - go ahead - on your own dime. But If you have a problem with the pipes to your shower or tub - The Strata hires the contractor to repair it to functioning. MORE ACCORDIAN!! With love from BC, Canada!!! Slava Ukraini.
