  2. Let's hope so. I tend to agree. So as the russian economy promises more to sign-up, AND more per month, industry has to pay more to attract workers. So every one of those late 60's pieces of junk they're pulling from yards to refurbish (enough to make them move) gets more and more expensive. Exponential expense growth - to rebuild 60 year old tanks. russia - finito.
