  1. Another super-informative episode Jake. I don't like to 'be negative' but every bit of what you forecast seems very plausible to me. When did you finally get your new computer? How long did it take versus 'company expectation'? Did the rest of it go well?

  2.  @JakeBroe  I think that situation - continued supply-side problems - will become MORE significant as things progress. Has Mac altered their 'expected delivery' now, in view of their performance - or are they still lying about it?
