  1. And have the city / region change the name of the road the embassy and consulate are on. Was it Lithuania who recently changed the name of the street to "Ukrainian Heroes Street"! AND - they returned to sender - ALL mail that was not labelled correctly from then on! Loved that! They don't 'care' but you know that has to piss a lot of folks off!
