  1. Another great episode Jake - thanks. I think the European (or russian) practice is to use a comma in numerals, where Western writers use a decimal point. So where you read the first russian clowns quote that they could get fighters (from North Korea - - ha ha ha) for "2 to 5 thousand per month" - I think he means 2.5 thousand per month.
