  2. Why have you increased your spoken pace so much? You're no longer enjoyable to listen to - it's 'work' now. You have a strong accent (to most) and I know I could use settings to slow it down - but I didn't have to in the past. It just means that I'll watch something else instead - I watch your material out of interest - not required-reading. So if it stays this fast - I'm gone.

  3. I've enjoyed your videos. I like your older material better; your pace has increased to the point it's no longer 'effortless' to listen to your episodes - as background. You have a strong and distinct accent and you have an unique idiosyncrasy of elevating your tone at the end of statements - like they were questions - when they are not. That was unique but your new pace sends me away. Are you in a rush??

  5. I find your videos 'interesting'. I don't watch because I'm studying anything (I got my Degree in Economics at a good Canadian University over 40 years ago...), I view them out of interest only. I comment today - asking if you've ever measured your spoken pace - against your older videos? You seem to be delivering things MUCH faster now and with your accent - it does NOT help. IMO.

  6. It is scary what we have allowed to be done to this planet; all in the name of GREED. The "corporate beasts" needed more profit so they bent the ecological rules and norms to create a new supply of black gold. And the methane and other risks are simply not considered - - because those corporate beasts survive on greed. Sad.

  10. Stick with 'honest analysis' please; you do it so well. I know FUD attracts but we're here for the reality. Do you think we are headed for a situation with economic Stagflation? Would a Recession - be good? Do you think the global efforts of all manner, to lower the price of oil - will ultimately end the global crisis that high priced oil likely created?
