  4. Hardly! It's a ploy! A stall tactic - Zelenskyy and his Team are strategists and they know that russia is really in trouble. And we all (all other than the copium russians I guess) we all KNOW just how fast a regime can COLLAPSE - - and putin knows this too. That's why he approved 'AI putin' speaking on TV for him - so he can go get comfy in his favourite bomb shelter with his young mistress.
