  3. The Man is a Legend, period. And he deserves every bit of the glory that comes with that. He's made the sacrifices! His performances have thrilled millions - for decades. And this video is a testament to how Tom's exceptional dedication to his profession and his lifetime of hard work have created what will likely never be repeated. Nor should it. Legend.

  4. Correct. And I don't believe it was actually a punch in the face requiring hospitalization - more a shove, hand in the face in frustration. (I think he'd been driving a ridiculous vehicle for 13 hours... Still not an excuse - but hardly 'aggravated assault'.)
