  1. What a brilliant job on an uncomfortable subject. Thank you for your professionalism and thoroughness. Being an active senior with RA and years of abuse as a Letter Carrier, (stairs with mailbags are a beast!) I may have this in my future. While the description of the 'most painful procedure' was daunting - I would rather be prepared. Some of the comments about preparatory workouts and the importance of rehab make a lot of sense. Thank you!
