  2. You are a great instructor Doctor; you're students (including us) are lucky to have you! One of your best episodes ever in my opinion. What is 'Actinic Keratosis'? If it is not 'skin cancer' but a precursor to it - why do Dermatologist's treat it with essentially 'chemotherapy cream'? I'm bald but have worn a hat for decades - effects from my youth!

  3. Even start with good digital pictures of any spots you're concerned about. Build a history. Same spots over a period and save the pics. (Place a dime or a Sharpie marker close to the concerning spots - for scale for the doctor.) Easy and essentially free.

  4. I think the new graphics on-screen, with the ability to light up layers at a touch, are great and add to the comprehension of the presentation.

  5. I grew up on jobsites, no shirt, no hardhat, thinning hair then - now bald. I felt the same way. I WISH I knew then - what I know now. If he's got thinning hair - - at the very least - get him into a good hat! (Buy it for him!?)
