  2. putin is ONLY interested in rebuilding the soviet EMPIRE. He and many other russians have written about it, spoken about it, written laws and changed 'nuclear plans' to accommodate that goal: to rebuild the soviet empire. MILLIONS of units can be assigned to the SMO to make this happen... until they either wake up - or it collapses.
