@Manchesterkoi have you ever actually stopped and thought, just for a moment, why are train journeys so expensive ? Don't listen to the enormous amount of investment made into the rail industry itself. But how these share holders are so well off, the strikes don't stop them earning money ? There's absolutely nothing about these invisible people in the media, but no one ever questions it ? The people travelling by train foot the bill, but the government place the blame on the union

@Manchesterkoi aircraft carrying 400 passengers can take off and land all by themselves without a human, doesn't mean there will never be a crash, driverless cars fancy one of those doing 70 mph on a busy motor way ? When you have hundreds of passengers on trains, not many are happy knowing its star trek and no drivers required. I was with notwork rail for almost 15 years, on the OHL the wire trains run below 25,000 volts of electricity, and people got killed even with all the safety in place

@Manchesterkoi even in my old job, there are levels to achieve, basic linesman up to senior linesman different grades different money system, not sure how long train drivers have to serve throughout their training, but i am sure its not as easy as people think

The point you missed, is where excatly is the media ? I couldn't care less about Ukraine while we're in this damn mess with 45000 illegal migrants and the rich getting richer. The media seem very anti British but why ?
