@Diwana71 Not possible as this is a deal with Zelenskyy and Larry Fink, there is talk of a loan, but that's also contract for farm land and other property that as president, Zelenskyy has the right to take and sell as collateral against the Blackrock deal made in 2023 that's only now coming to the surface. What you fail to understand is circumstances of Americans in Ukraine being "possibly" attacked by Russian troops which will of course bring America directly into the conflict giving Zelenskyy his dream of triggering WW3
