  1. Penny has really gone down hill since she said NHS waiting times for non emergency operations have gone down. Over 5 years for me and still waiting, A&E wait time 11 hours, 999 ambulance 45 minutes to arrive, so why people like her that we pay for their lavish lifestyles talk rubbish, its frustrating to think her gross incompetence hasn't gone unnoticed
