  1. Explain why 5 years ago i required a left knee replacement now five years on, i now require 2 knees and 2 hips and still waiting ? This isn't government this is 100% NHS neglect as for my quality of life, in pain every moment of every day and the NHS is doing what for me ? I've only paid in for 50 years FFS
