Question one, did he know they were armed police? Question 2 did he comply with their instructions. If he knew and chose not to comply it is obvious where the fault lies.

@propagandaisnottrue2121 SO19 look like nothing but police and you are wrong all unmarked cars have both lights and sirens, even though they are not obvious until turned on. The first moment an SO19 officer becomes known to you is a shout of "Armed police". The sheer stupidity of the uninformed.

The moment that you dont completely comply with an armed policeman you are asking them to do the you or me calculation and that only has one answer. If you're too stupid to know that you were in for an early finish anyway.
