  1. They need to conform to English values or return to their country of origin. This country already is in desperate need of CPR and no one can be allowed to stand in the way of it being got back on its feet. I'm not advocating any violence just effective leadership, legislature and judicial practice. If the number of Mosques in England isn't enough then they need to head to a Muslim country or sent there if they are committing crimes and are 1st gen immigrants.
