@mr.someone5679 I mentioned kidnapping due to the fact they seem to love stopping children getting to school. I don't think this behaviour is a laughing matter especially since London's crime commissioner became the chairman of C40 who's agenda goes hand in hand with just stop oil. That the police allow these "protestors" to detain people in my eyes make their actions a state sanctioned illegal detention by proxy and malfeasance by Mr Khan.

Give Mayor Khan is simultaneously attending climate conferences and is the London Police Commissioner and that the police are tacitly supporting the detention of motorists, a decent barrister should be able to argue this as false imprisonment.
