  2.  @jasonmontgomery4022  article 2 clause 3 my dude “(signatory entity) shall furthermore be bound by the Convention in relation to the said Power, if (non-signatory entity) accepts and applies the provisions thereof.” Meaning if your opponent has not signed nor follows the rules of the convention, the convention says you are not bound by it either
