  3. Thanks for the feedback, you make some good points. 'Systemic ___ Privilege' would be a good way to phrase it too - though in an odd way I think the word 'systemic' might fly over the head of the people that need the most convincing. I also don't necessarily think 'white privilege' shouldn't be used - but I think it could be avoided UNTIL it's explained with 'racial disadvantage' first. That way you don't start the conversation with 'privilege,' which I think immediately turns off the people we're trying to educate.
