Warren in 2019/2020: backed off Medicare-for-all to center a public option as the first fight; claimed Bernie told her a woman couldn’t win despite him encouraging her to run in 2016; took on a campaign SuperPAC after claiming she was the only uncorrupted candidate; stayed in the race well-past her ability to win, cutting into Bernie’s support on Super Tuesday; refused to endorse anybody after dropping out even though it was clear (if she actually cared about the policy) that her views aligned with Bernie over Biden.
