We live in Mississippi we typically buy our beef from a local farmers here we pick the cow he has it but he’s and we pick it up at his house a usda agent busted him and threatened him with jail time like a drug dealer this is an old man who raises some of the best beef I’ve ever had never seen anything like it in any stores Mississippi has no usda inspectors for beef in the state if he was to do it legally he would have to take the cow to Florida pay taxes to Alabama Florida and Mississippi both coming and going just to get a stamp on the carcass keep in mind the usda dosent inspect everyone it’s a scam
