Black stone and black rock are both funded directly by the fed prior to ww2 very few ppl owned their home most rented after ww2 the fed held massive amounts of wealth and needed to do something with it the started pushing “the American dream” and began giving loans now they are planning on pulling them all back you will own nothing and be happy
