  3. The devices in both planes "scan" for a counterpart. Upon detection the distance and course can be calculated. If both planes are in danger of a collision the devices exchange data so that one of them orders the pilots to climb and the other its pilots to sink. So the short answer to your question: Both planes "talk" to each other so that they don't give the same order.

That's really absurd. No, most of the news is not wrong. Not where I live and not in the US either. In fact the news are pretty accurate in every country with freedom of the press. And in this case we are talking about creationism (no evidence) vs. evolution (scientifically proven fact).

  11. Of course scientists can explain what they see on the pictures. And what has the time it takes for a new star to form to do with that? Nobody ever claimed that humans evolved from monkeys. The evolution theory states that monkeys and humans have a common ancestor - and both are apes. But what has that to do with the content of this video? Exactly: nothing. Argument from incredulity = Logical fallacy.
